Got annoyed at the black slides I wore to the office today. They are perfectly nice and hardly worn, but they were too big which made it difficult to wear. So I went up to Sabyte, made her wear them and since they fit her perfectly, bade her Merry Christmas and tiptoed barefoot back to my room... to my other pair of sandals... :-P

Travel Tales

Thank gulay am going home with my brother to Mindanao from Iloilo. Had been looking forward to road trip with parents but with the sked not working out, I had thought I would need to lug all my Ilo-Minda stuff to Minda by myself. I only like to travel alone, light (my weight, a book and the next day's outfit is enough, thanks!).

1. Sabyte on overhearing me and DD starting yet another conversation at the dining-conference-chika table: "Uh-oh, there they go again. Once these two start talking, they go on forever. And they always start from horoscopes!"

2. With half of F folks in Thailand, all those left took the whole afternoon to discuss, debate, deliberate and decide on all the pertinent details of our participation in this year's Pride March -- from the streamer cloth text color design, balloon color text design, truck setup, ALL the details of the budget, when how who will do the prod work, what to wear, and where to eat on Saturday. Hehehehe. Very participatory fun and time-consuming :-D
