Stage 4 Mental Illness

I've just about put the lid on my insanity :-P. Now am sitting on top of the can, doing yoga, reciting mantras, ohming to the high heavens, and hoping it all doesn't explode under me. And that the ghosts I've captured will settle down, watch tv, stop talking at the same time inside my head, and let me get on with my life. :-D
